Privacy and your data

What we collect

If you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, your email address, the dates you mention and your message. We use them to answer you and, if you go on to book, to prepare your stay. Nothing else.

Measurement

We measure visits without cookies. If you agree to it in the banner, we also load Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymous interactions with the pages so we can find what is broken. You can decline, and the site works exactly the same.

Bookings

Bookings are taken through Guesty, our property management system, with card payment processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking records are kept as long as French accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to bonjour@parisadresse.com. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
